The terms that apply when you ship with Falcon Line Cargo, from booking through to final delivery.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
By booking a shipment, requesting a quote, or otherwise using Falcon Line Cargo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Falcon Line Cargo provides freight forwarding and courier services out of our Dubai facility, including fragile and delicate goods handling, valuables and secure cargo transport, private consignment delivery, and international air and sea freight with customs clearance.
Quotes provided through our website or by our dispatch desk are estimates based on the information you supply, including weight, dimensions, destination and declared value. Final pricing is confirmed once your item has been inspected at our facility, and may change if the actual weight, size or declared value differs from what was originally provided.
We do not accept items that are illegal to export, import, or transport under the laws of the origin, transit or destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, weapons and ammunition, hazardous or flammable materials, perishable goods without prior arrangement, and counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, or hold any shipment we reasonably believe violates this policy.
International shipments may be subject to inspection, duties, taxes or delays imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. These are outside our control, and any associated duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking confirmation. We accept the payment methods listed by our dispatch desk. Shipments may be held at our facility until payment is received in full.
You may cancel a booking before pickup or drop-off at no charge. Once a shipment has departed our Dubai facility, cancellation may not be possible, and any costs already incurred (such as freight already booked) may be non-refundable.
We aim to resolve any concerns directly with you through our dispatch desk. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to dispatch@falconlinecargo.example, or by calling +971 4 555 0198 during our operating hours, Sunday–Thursday, 8am–7pm GST.
