When you request a quote, book a shipment, or track a parcel, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and details about the item being shipped, such as its description, weight and declared value.
We share the minimum information necessary with couriers, airlines, shipping lines and customs authorities involved in moving your shipment, and with insurers where additional cover has been requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Shipment and quote records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the shipment, meet legal or customs obligations, and handle any claims, after which they are deleted or anonymised in the ordinary course of our data management practices.
Tracking numbers and shipment status are designed to be looked up by anyone with the tracking number, similar to most courier services. Avoid sharing your tracking number publicly if you'd prefer the status of your shipment to remain private.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations (for example, we may need to retain shipment records for customs purposes for a period after delivery). To make a request, contact us using the details below.
